Accurate part production

When we speak about large parts at Bartholet, we really mean large parts:

Big, bigger, large part production

 

With the 220t heavy Bimatec Soraluce VTC-8000 carousel lathe, turned parts with up to 8m diameter, 3.5m height and 90t weight can be manufactured - simultaneously with two machining units.

 

We mill and drill cubic workpieces up to 14m long and 3.6m high. Long holes up to 1.5m deep are possible in aluminium cubes.

 

We roll with a 3-roll profile bending machine, which builds up a pressure of 220 bar and enables the bending of oversized profiles. Steel profiles up to 7m long and square up to 150mmx150mm are cold formed.
