The new panoramic lift at Loser is officially open

Alpine Ropeways

We are pleased to announce that the Loser panoramic lift has been approved.

The modern 10-passenger panoramic gondola lift opens up the skiing and hiking area of Loser in the Salzkammergut region, replacing the previous chairlifts. With a total investment of 30 million euros, this facility brings significant added value to the region, benefiting both winter and summer tourism.

The lift operates in two sections, from the base station at Loser Arena, through the mid-station at Augst parking lot, to the summit arrival at Loser Alm, providing a fast and comfortable connection to the Loser Plateau. The lift is equipped with panoramic gondolas designed by Studio F. A. Porsche capable of carrying 1,800 people per hour, offers a stunning experience for all guests.

Thanks to the dedication of our team, this important project has been completed and launched on schedule. And another big thank you to everyone involved in making this project possible.
